VERO Account Deletion

How to request deletion of your VERO account and associated data

This page explains how VERO users can request account deletion, what data is removed, what data may be retained, and the typical retention period for records that cannot be deleted immediately.

How to Request Account Deletion

The safest method is inside the VERO app: open Account, select Your data, then select Request account deletion. This verifies that the request comes from a signed-in account.

A deletion request applies to all patient, professional, pharmacy, laboratory, and supplier workspaces linked to the same VERO account.

If you cannot sign in, email verosellertechnologies@gmail.com with the subject 'VERO Account Deletion Request'. Include your linked phone number or email address. VERO will verify ownership before acting.

Before Deletion Can Be Completed

VERO gives you a 7-day cancellation period. You can cancel a pending request from Account > Your data during this period.

You must first complete or cancel open orders, consultations, and professional requests; resolve pending payouts or earnings; and transfer or close any pharmacy workspace you own.

What Data Is Deleted

When a verified deletion request is approved, VERO permanently disables account access, revokes notification tokens, removes direct contact and delivery identifiers, and disables public professional profiles.

We will also remove branding assets and operational account data that are no longer required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute-handling purposes.

What Data May Be Retained

VERO may retain limited records such as transaction references, billing records, support reports, order records, fraud-prevention logs, and admin audit logs where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

Retained records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes and are not kept for ordinary product use after account deletion.

Retention Period

After the 7-day cancellation period, eligible requests are reviewed and normally completed within 30 days of successful verification.

Records that must be retained for legal, billing, tax, fraud, abuse, or dispute purposes may be retained for up to 12 months after the deletion request, or longer if required by law.
