VERO Account Deletion

How to request deletion of your VERO account and associated data

This page explains how VERO users can request account deletion, what data is removed, what data may be retained, and the typical retention period for records that cannot be deleted immediately.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your VERO seller account and associated personal data, send an email to verosellertechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line 'VERO Account Deletion Request'.

Include the phone number or email address linked to the account, the store name if available, and a short statement confirming that you want the account deleted.

If we need to confirm ownership of the account before deletion, we may ask for additional verification details.

What Data Is Deleted

When a verified deletion request is approved, VERO will delete or permanently disable seller account access, stored device notification tokens, seller profile details, and store access associated with that account.

We will also remove branding assets and operational account data that are no longer required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute-handling purposes.

What Data May Be Retained

VERO may retain limited records such as transaction references, billing records, support reports, order records, fraud-prevention logs, and admin audit logs where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

Retained records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes and are not kept for ordinary product use after account deletion.

Retention Period

Operational deletion requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Where no legal or security hold applies, VERO aims to complete account deletion within 30 days of successful verification.

Records that must be retained for legal, billing, tax, fraud, abuse, or dispute purposes may be retained for up to 12 months after the deletion request, or longer if required by law.
